Greek Ladders Involvement:

Our chapter is looking forward to utilizing the great resources that Greek Ladders provides as well as exchanging ideas to make the program even better. The Beta Phi chapter of Sigma Chi has a strong history of alumni involvement through our mentorship program. We hope to enhance this experience through our relationship with Greek Ladders.

Leadership & Career Philosophy:

All of our members have a strong drive to achieve professional success upon graduation. To help support these ambitions, we have a strong mentorship program that partners local alumni with undergraduates interested in a similar professional field. This structure is designed to generate job and internship opportunities as well as provide networking for our undergrads. Partnering with Greek Ladders will allow us to enhance the effectiveness of this innovative program.
