Founder and CEO of ForCollegeForLife, Casey J. Cornelius is a writer and speaker passionate about student success and maximizing potential. He spent more than a decade as a faculty member, advisor, administrator and mentor before launching the company in 2014. Casey has delivered talks to students and organizations across the country on the topics of leadership, success and navigating the college and life journey.
He is a graduate of the University of Toledo (BA, MA), the University of Illinois (M.Ed.) and is a doctoral candidate at Texas Tech University. Casey is the editor of Pioneering Success: A Guide to College Expectations (2011) and an article that he co-authored, Visionary Leadership and Its Relationship to Organizational Effectiveness, was published in the prestigious international Leadership & Organization Development Journal. His writing is featured regularly on Undergrad Success, GenYize and by the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Casey is a proud member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity where he has served on the 2020 Strategic Planning team and the Alumni Engagement Committee. He is also an honorary inductee in Phi Theta Kappa.
Residing in Michigan with his lovely family, Casey spends his free time practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the guidance of Coach Carl Rabideau and multiple time Black Belt World Champion, Professor Danny Alvarez. He and his daughter were once featured in a BuzzFeed post that had more than 1 million views!
