Chi Chapter
Greek Ladders Involvement:
The Chi chapter is involved in Greek Ladders to put themselves in a position to be successful coming out of college. They do this by using Greek Ladder’s resources to gain leadership opportunities, internships, and full time employment with successful companies. The brothers in the house are hoping to see numerous opportunities come from your company that present them with a chance to get ahead in there professional endeavors.
The chapter prides itself as a house full of leaders. They demonstrate this in our involvement on campus and in the Greek community. Leadership is one of Kappa Sigmas four pillars and they take that very seriously. They push for all members to take a leadership position in either the house or a campus club. The chapter created the community development chair position to help brothers get leadership opportunities.
Leadership & Career Philosophy:
It is every brothers goal to become the best in there prospective field that they can be. The chapter strives to create opportunities to have great careers coming out of school. This is demonstrated on a regular basis when recently graduated brothers and older alumni send the house job openings with there companies. They are also always open to help brothers with the application process.
