Over the course of three days, student leaders from more than 40 colleges across the country hear dynamic keynote speakers and engage in powerful workshop sessions focused on leadership development These same student leaders also participate in professional panels consisting of executives from more than 50 Fortune 500 companies who take their time to share real-world leadership experience. In addition to these amazing leadership sessions, student leaders also participate in a service learning project, network and connect with other student leaders and professionals, and engage in reflection, assessment, and group leadership activities.
