Meet ForCollegeForLife

We added this new company to our list of "Connectors" last Friday. The enterprising company, led by Casey Cornelius, boasts similar visions and goals to that of Greek Ladders. ForCollegeForLife seeks to inform, educate, and empower students to become better citizens, leaders, and professionals.

ForCollegeForLife was launched in 2014 with the mission of assisting individuals, organizations and schools to reach their full potential through practical, inspirational and aspirational writing, speaking and coaching. The team at ForCollegeForLife shares a series of values which define not only its culture, but also how the company interacts with the educational world; they are Excellence, Energy, Fun, Personalization, Service, Big Ideas, Collaboration, Mentorship and Passion.

Event Reminder - University of Arizona Career Workshop

It's the final career workshop of the semester. Join us and several business leaders, who will impart career planning knowledge, review resumes, and discuss job possibilities. These leaders represent outstanding corporations, including:

  • AXA Advisors
  • Health Catalyst
  • Northwestern Mutual
  • Vanguard Group
  • Yelp

The event is open to all members of Greek Life. We strongly encourage anyone still seeking an internship or full-time job to attend.

Networking Tip - Bond with Chapter Volunteers

Most chapters utilize the voluntary leadership of alumni and parents. Whether they serve as chapter advisors, on a housing corporation, foundation board, parent's club, or a special event committee, these leaders are interested and engaged with the chapter. They're also outstanding community and career connectors, who possess invaluable insight, advice, guidance, and contact lists. These people may provide the most direct and powerful path to successfully launching careers. Pull them aside and develop relationships.

Opportunities for Graduating Seniors

If you're graduating this semester and have not found the right job, take advantage of our career network. These three very simple steps could get the job you're seeking.

  1. The "Promote Your Candidacy" page (featured above, click here) was just created for you to quickly describe yourself.
  2. Update your career profile - click here to describe your campus involvement and career interests and post your resume.
  3. Send us an email (click here) with your career interests and authorization to directly introduce you to potential employers.

There's no time to waste. Greek Ladders is your career agent!
