"As business owners, we believe in assisting fine young individuals like Sunny to navigate the waters of early career development. I would highly recommend that other business owners take advantage of the talent available through Greek Ladders. We appreciate the efforts of the organization to mentor and coach its student members and will we will definitely continue to use Greek Ladders as we grow our business of Executive and Technical Recruiting."

Big News -- Chapter alumni/ae now invited to join the Career Network!
Alumni/ae add tremendous value to the career network. First, they can participate in career activities as speakers and networking reception participants. Second, they can enlist as mentors to match with one or more students to provide career planning tips, advice, and references. Last, they can use the career network to advance their own careers by applying for upper management positions posted on our job board.
Similar to students, there's absolutely no cost for alumni/ae to join the career network.
Spread the word! We're looking to create the world's largest and most effective career mentor network for Greeks-only!
To join, alumni/ae can simply CLICK HERE.

What employers look for in resumes
The typical employer initially spends about 15 seconds reviewing each resume. If you want to create an outstanding resume, you need to quickly capture the reader's attention as quickly as possible.
The first tip is to put yourself in the shoes of the reviewer and ask, “what type of person and skills do we need for this position.” The best way to answer this is to have a thorough understanding of the employer, its needs, and the responsibilities of the position.
