Career Fair Tip - Conduct Research

For most campus career fairs, a list of employers will be posted. Be sure to contact your career center for the roster, in advance of the career fair, to conduct research. Learning about employer prior to the career fair allows you to better understand their purposes, goals, cultures, hiring practices, community involvement, and available positions. Your research should trigger questions to ask when meeting with employer representatives.

New Opportunities on the Job Board

Staffing Solution - NEW Offering to Employers

We added a solution to provide value to recruiters who either didn't have the ability to attend workshops and networking mixers or do not customarily hire in big batches. In this new model, we proactively present candidates to employers to meet their hiring needs, particularly specific positions . This model differs from the subscription-based model, where we proactively present employers to candidates.

The objective is to understand the skills, experiences, and qualities associated with specific positions and match them with quality talent.

The ultimate goal is to be the catalyst driving each actual hire.

CLICK HERE to learn more and sign up. There's no cost to sign up. Fees upon actual placement.
