Eldorado - Senior Analytics Manager

Eldorado Resorts seeks a college graduate with experience for the position of Senior Analytics Manager.
The Senior Analytics Manager is responsible for tracking usage of our websites and user behavior, paid media revenue performance, individual publisher placements, online creative optimization, mobile website and app usage, social media audience growth, email campaign performance (web side), landing page conversions, multivariate testing, A/B splits and all other points of interaction between our guests, potential guests and our digital assets.  This position is also responsible for regular weekly and monthly reporting along with custom analytics request for various projects department personnel may be working on.  They will also formalize reporting and format, ensuring consistency of numbers from appropriate, approved sources.  This position works closely with the department lead to establish ROI benchmarks, expense/revenue objectives and profit margins for media/advertising personnel to reference.  In addition to regular reporting and analysis, they will work closely with our online advertising staff to ensure proper tracking techniques are employed and working without error.  This person will evaluate 3rd party tracking is appropriate with reliable results for company reference.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Includes, but is not limited to the following.) 
  • Establishes tracking criteria for paid advertising vehicles
  • Maintains regular weekly, monthly and custom reports as needed
  • Creates and establishes a consistent format for published reports
  • Works with advertising to ensure proper tracking has been setup for said objectives
  • Monitors advertising placements for acceptable performance (ROI/e-r)
  • Deploys tracking technology for website, media, social media, mobile and other platforms
  • Produces meaningful data and highlights areas of opportunity for the department to address
  • Works directly with Email Marketing to monitor acquisition efforts and data collection
  • Procures 3rd party tracking methods and approves them for use
  • Monitors booking engine performance and ensures appropriate room inventory has been loaded



  • Bachelor’s Degree required


  • Experience defining and conducting A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Extensive experience with Web analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experience presenting to all levels within an organization.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with internet applications and system architecture
  • Strong hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, communication and project management skills
