Businesses and non-profit organizations regularly seek college students and young alumni to find exceptional new talent to fill their jobs and internships. They're increasingly targeting Greek Ladders to recruit skilled, experienced, and motivated candidates.
In an effort to provide greater value to employers, while creating stronger pools of candidates, we've created a tier system. Effective immediately, the campuses with our greatest concentration of student and alumni candidates are represented under three distinct tiers.
Tier 1 represents campuses where Greek Ladders has a significant presence. This includes collaborative relationships with the University and individual fraternity and sorority chapters. Greek Ladders hosts or sponsors career planning workshops, networking receptions, and other ways to connect candidates with employers. Featured campuses are the University of Arizona and University of Nevada.
Tier 2 represents campuses where Greek Ladders has a moderate presence. Collaborative relationships with campus entities, such as the Fraternity & Sorority Life Office or the campus career center, may be in place or are in development. There may be multiple "affiliate" relationships with fraternity and sorority chapters. Featured campuses include: Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, Ohio State University, University of California-Berkeley, University of Denver, and University of Kentucky.
Tier 3 represents campuses where Greek Ladders has an established presence of student and/or alumni candidates using our career network. No collaborative relationship exists with campus entities, such as the Fraternity & Sorority Life Office or the campus career center. However, there may be "chapter affiliate" relationships in place. Featured campuses include: California State University-Long Beach, Indiana University, Oklahoma State University, Purdue University, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, University of Oklahoma, University of South Carolina, and University of Texas-Austin.
Campuses may be added to Tier 3 or upgraded to Tiers 1 or 2 at any time. For the benefit of employers, once they register, they will be locked in to the subscription price for the length of the subscription for that specific campus.
