Foresters Financial seeks a Sales Assistant in Phoenix, Arizona.
This role supports the Registered Financial Services Sales Representative’s business with day-to-day administrative assistance while enhancing the service experience of clients*.
*(This role will require eventual FINRA licensing to allow the incumbent to expand the client support provided to the Representative.)
v Act as a liaison between the representative and their clients. The type of support is dictated by whether or not the incumbent is FINRA licensed.
v As directed by the representative, based on client needs, run product illustrations, graphs, charts, etc. for presentation to the client by the representative.
v Provide clerical support including the mailing of approved correspondence, photocopying, answering the representative’s telephone and communicating messages.
v Maintain representative’s file organization.

v College funding products including ESAs and 529 plans
v Asset allocation strategy
v Prospecting and telephone techniques (if you become FINRA licensed)

Educational and Background Requirements:
v High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
v FINRA licensing eventually required (S6/S63)
v Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-service focus
v Strong organizational skills
v Ability to meet deadlines
v Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
