Greek Ladders Involvement:
Gamma-Kappa is involved in Greek Ladders so that we can emerge as successful leaders from college. We understand that nothing comes easy and a university education is vital in succeeding in this changing world. By using Greek Ladder’s resources, all Kappa Sigmas have access to a plethora of leadership opportunities, internships, and full time employment with successful companies. The brothers in the house are hoping to see numerous opportunities come from your company that present them with a chance to get ahead in their professional endeavors. Out of Kappa Sigma’s four pillars, leadership is one of the most valued. This chapter prides itself as a house full of leaders; we demonstrate this in our involvement on campus and in the Greek community. Pushing all members to take a leadership position in either the house or in a campus organization shows our willingness to take responsibility. Using Greek Ladders, this chapter hopes to be connected with other business professionals, so that we can emerge ahead of the game, and become successful leaders for life.
Leadership & Career Philosophy:
Every university student’s goal is to attain a professional degree and get a job. Seems easy enough, however, it’s never that simple. Getting a university degree involves immense amounts of studying, homework, and late-night cramming sessions at the library. The Kappa Sigma Fraternity charges each of its members to be the best that they can be. In other words, it is every brothers goal to become the best in there prospective field. This chapter strives to create opportunities to have excellent careers coming out of college. Thus, we push brothers to be involved on campus, in the university, and in the community. With these efforts, we can strive to become the better men we wish to be.
