Greek Ladders Involvement:
Our chapter already works with our nearby graduate chapter to hold in-house events and open-to-the-public programming to advance ourselves in leadership technique and the applications of leadership in our daily lives. We have not had as much of a focus on the career side of programming and believe that Greek Ladders would benefit our chapter greatly in this area so that we can learn more about how to navigate the working industry like a pro, from those who have been in similar places as we are currently!.

Leadership & Career Philosophy:
The purpose of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, to promote unity and friendship among college women, to study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women in order to improve their social stature, to maintain a progressive interest in college life, and to be of service to All Mankind.
