The Greek Ladders community of job-seekers and recruiters continues to grow. Slight modifications have been made over the years and our mission has remained consistently sharp.
Whether you’re a happily employed college graduate, one who hasn’t found the right job, a current student, or an employment recruiter, consider Greek Ladders as a resource.
When we launched this company four years ago, we had no idea just how many relationships we would create. Our quest was simple…to help students find ideal employment and to connect employers to great talent. The quest has not changed. The only difference between today and 2013 is that we’re helping connect students and graduates from over 100 college campuses to great employers. Our extended network is well into the tens of thousands and we’re directly managing profiles of over 5,000 job-seekers.
Our days are filled with reviewing resumes, coaching candidates moments before job interviews, and making introductions between recruiters and job-seekers. We’re fostering many outstanding connections and the capacity for significantly greater reach is high.
