The Mountbatten London Program is the only program providing young professionals with the opportunity to gain unrivalled work experience at the world's top employers in London while gaining an MBA, Masters or Postgraduate Certificate.

We currently provide entry-level roles in Banking & Finance, HR, Marketing & Communications and Business Operations at companies such as Barclays, Blackrock, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi, HSBC, Credit Suisse and more.

As a Tier 5 visa sponsor, the Mountbatten Institute allows high potential candidates to train in these roles full time, 40 hours per week, while undertaking a part-time cultural and academic curriculum, enhancing their knowledge of international business, and specifically, London business culture. Fees for the program depend on which academic pathway the candidate chooses (Postgraduate Certificate, Masters or MBA).

Fully-furnished, centrally-based accommodation and medical insurance is provided throughout the program. Trainees are paid a £8,400 (around $13,000) personal allowance to make the most of their London experience.

Following the year in London, Mountbatten trainees enjoy lucrative employment prospects, often with their placement companies back in their home country or elsewhere. Our recent survey showed that 95% were employed within 6 months post-programme, many by their host company or by one of it's competitors.

• Already have a combination of 6 months, office-based work experience
• Have above a 3.0 GPA in their undergraduate degree (All majors welcome)
• Not be a UK/EEC passport holder
