NationBuilder is actively seeking a stellar Frontline Customer Support Specialist to join our Frontline team in Los Angeles. NationBuilder Frontline Customer Support Specialists are dedicated to answering customers’ technical questions quickly and accurately. They are constantly deepening their knowledge of the software and honing the skills required to help customers resolve problems. Qualified candidates should be comfortable with the fast pace of a start-up environment and working alongside a group of smart and ambitious peers. What you'll do:

  • Help customers get the answers and resources they need to solve technical issues.

  • Stay up to date on new product features and improvements.

  • Troubleshoot and help customers with technical issues related to NationBuilder, including identifying system and site-specific website issues.

  • Manage a high volume of emails and phone calls with a positive, professional, and helpful attitude.

  • Identify and clearly communicate customer issues to the appropriate teams within NationBuilder.

We are looking for: 

  • Someone known among friends and family for being helpful.

  • Someone who exudes empathy, calm under pressure, and a can-do attitude.  

  • Strong reading-comprehension and listening skills, with the ability to identify the root cause of a customer’s problem.

  • Someone who relishes working in an open and collaborative environment.

  • An excellent communicator on the phone and through email. Someone with excellent grammar and spelling skills and fast, accurate typing.

  • A voracious learner, constantly curious about how things work.

  • At ease fielding technical questions and relentless when it comes to finding answers.
