The Phi Beta Chapter Is interested to expand our options for job seeking. Delta Delta Delta has many girls with various major and minors that can aid companies to achieve full success. Our girls are willing and able to improve their leadership and career skills.

Leadership & Career Philosophy:
Phi Beta girls focus on self sacrifice and unselfish leadership. We focus on broadening our moral and intellectual life and try to help others in every possible way. Phi Beta also promotes and develops mutually beneficial relationships between the Fraternity and the University. Phi Beta members will always be encourage to assume the highest responsibilities of college women.
