The primary purpose of Greek Ladders is to connect job-seekers with employers through internships and full-time employment. As we all know, the effort required to find the ideal employment situation is difficult. Greek Ladders provides direction to students and alumni/ae through leadership development and career preparation and direct connection to prospective employers and their job/internship opportunities.
While the employment recruitment process is focused on two parties: employers and job-seekers, others play a major role. In fact, we’ve developed ways that all of the following “stakeholders” can benefit from the Greek Ladders experience.
- Employers
- Students
- Alumni/ae
- Chapters
- Fraternity & Sorority Life Offices
- Campus Career Centers
- Parents
Each “stakeholder” plays a prominent role and, quite frankly, receives a benefit when each student secures the internship or full-time job of his or her choice. We embrace the “team” approach as it resembles the fraternal spirit.
